The Trident-Wielding Laser-Shooting Death Cookies are minor characters that appeared in "Chapter 3".
They were created by Gary Goodspeed when he and Avocato were trapped in a Lazarus Trap. Upon realizing everything he thought off became real in the trap, Gary tried to create a cookie, but his imagination ran wild and he turned them into antropomorphic, homicidal, creatures armed with tridents and laser eyes.
